城市规划和 Census 边界与房源所报告的坐标相匹配。MLS 小区与所报告的名称和别名相匹配；其近似范围并不重新界定官方边界。

这些筛选条件如何运作

房屋风格依据房源所报告的分类。奥斯汀都会区依据房源所报告的德州县：Bastrop、Caldwell、Hays、Travis 或 Williamson。缺失县或其他县的房源仅出现在更广泛的覆盖范围中。“最佳匹配”根据房源的地址、小区、城市、ZIP、学校和备注与您输入地点的匹配程度对房源进行排序。“最近更新”是来源更新时间，而非首次挂牌日期。每平方英尺价格以挂牌价除以所报告的居住面积；未报告面积的房屋排在最后。括号中的计数是本次搜索中仅更改该一个选项后的匹配房源数量。
