AUSTIN – Utah-based REIT Extra Storage Space has acquired Woodland Self Storage at 1620 S. I-35.

Built in 2019, the 92,288-sf climate-controlled facility has 952 units ranging from 25 to 300 sf.

It was 70 percent occupied at the time of sale.

JLL brokered the deal. Endeavor Real Estate Group was the seller.
