Content: Pearlstone Partners has recently broken ground on Montage, a 182-unit condominium project in Austin, Texas. Located at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd, this four-story property will have studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as more than 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project also includes 18 studios designated for individuals who earn 80 percent or less of the area median income. Knighthead Funding provided a $75 million construction loan for the project and STG Design is the architect with Summit Design serving as general contractor.
