AUSTIN – Minnesota-based United Properties has started on Shelby Ranch, a 302-unit multifamily complex at 2212 Lynbrook Dr.
The project will have two four-story buildings with studio to three-bedroom options and will boast a number of unique amenities with the goal to become a certified wildlife habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.
The outdoor amenities at Shelby Ranch will include a one-acre courtyard featuring a chicken coup for collecting eggs, honey-producing bee hives, fruit-bearing trees, and raised garden beds for residents to grow their own vegetables and herbs.
Amenities will include a pool, open-air stage, rain garden, raised gardens, clubhouse, workshop, maker space, fitness center, coworking lounge, dog park, and pet spa.
Belshaw Mulholland Architects designed the project.
Completion is slated for late 2024.
