Austin Local Team is pleased to share the news that Johnson Development Corp. has begun the final phase of their 530-acre Bryson residential community in Leander. The master-planned development, which will be completed by 2024, currently has 918 homes, and will include an additional 66 three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 1,903 to 2,700 square feet. The community will feature an amenity center with a pool, event lawn, outdoor pavilion, fire pits, and fishing pond. We are excited to see this project come to fruition and look forward to the completion of this residential community.
