Austin Local Team is pleased to share news that Jackson-Shaw has acquired 67 acres of land at the intersection of SH 130 and Elroy Road. The project will include four buildings with a total size of 602,400 square feet. The largest building will be 207,180 square feet and the smallest 80,365 square feet. Method Architecture is designing the facility and Burton Construction has been appointed as the general contractor. Aquila Commercial will be in charge of leasing. Construction is set to commence in March.
