AUSTIN – The Geyser Group is developing a 250-unit apartment complex with 125
affordable-housing units.
The project at 2900 Oak Springs Dr. will have studio and one-, and two-bedroom
units ranging from 450 to 1,100 sf.
Manhard Consulting Ltd. is the civil engineer.
Construction begins in first quarter 2024 and will last 12 to 15 months.
