The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel located at 1250 N. I-35 in San Marcos has been sold. Built in 2015, the 108-unit hotel sits on 2.8 acres and features amenities such as a pool, fitness center, meeting space, and a convenience mart. The seller and buyer were both limited liability companies and Marcus & Millichap represented them. Austin Local Team is excited to see this hotel change hands and looks forward to seeing what the new owners will bring to the area.
