A new 465,786-sq. ft. Class A industrial development at 2380 Oakmont Rd, Round Rock, is now under construction by Adolfson & Peterson Construction. The project, known as IDI Logistics’ Sunrise Commerce Center, will feature five speculative buildings constructed in two phases. The first phase, set for completion in fall 2023, includes three buildings with rear load capabilities, LED lighting, ESFR fire sprinklers, and build-to-suit office space. Building A, measuring 175,170 sq. ft., boasts 36-foot clear heights, while Buildings B and C, with 59,274 sq. ft. and 76,245 sq. ft. respectively, will have 32-foot clear heights.
