Content: San Marcos is a vibrant city located in Central Texas that is home to many unique attractions and activities. Residents of the city can now look forward to the new 491-acre residential neighborhood, Cotton Gateway. This new development is being built by a subsidiary of Lennar Homes, and will feature 1,600 lots ranging from 40- to 60-feet wide with a minimum of a 30-foot building setback. The project is being engineered by Kimley-Horn, and will include at least eight acres of green space and parks for residents to enjoy.
