AUSTIN – Endeavor Real Estate Group is redeveloping the former Austin
American-Statesman headquarters at 305 S. Congress Ave. into a 3.5 million-sf
mixed-use project.
Plans call for 1,378 residential units, 1.5 million sf of office space, a
275-room hotel, and 150,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.
The Cox family, who owns the newspaper and the 19-acre site, is partnering
with Endeavor on the project.
