The East Riverside Gateway project will include 1,100 residential units, 68,000 square feet of retail space, and 4,000 parking spots. The project will include three commercial buildings and four residential buildings, with residential units ranging from 430-square-foot studios to three-bedroom units with a 1,770-square-foot floor plan. Artesia Real Estate owns the 22-acre site and is excited to bring this project to life.
