AUSTIN – Kittle Property Group is developing a 363,000-sf multifamily
community near Samsung’s new semiconductor factory.
The $31.4 million property will have 12 residential buildings, nine garage
buildings, and a clubhouse.
Construction begins this fall and will be finished in 2025.
