Austin Local Team is pleased to share news that Trez Capital recently sold two apartment communities in Pflugerville to TerraCap Management. The two communities, Dalton and The Beacon, were completed in 2021 and 2022 respectively and offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Residents of both complexes have access to a variety of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, dog parks, residence lounges, and outdoor grilling and dining areas. Trez Capital completed the properties in partnership with Thompson Realty Capital.
