AUSTIN – California-based SecureSpace Self Storage has purchased three
local self-storage facilities totaling approximately 1,600 units.

Two properties are within the city limits at 8200 S. I-35 Service Rd. and
8327 S. Congress Ave. The third is in Bee Cave.

The properties are part of a larger 11-facility portfolio that totaled 6,550
units. The other eight assets are in California and Oregon.
