MANOR – GenCap Partners has purchased 26 acres in Manor
Crossing for a
multifamily project called The Park at Manor Crossing.
The 586-unit community will be built in two phases. Construction begins on
phase one in fourth quarter 2022.
It will be ready for move-in in summer 2026.
