The Del Valle Independent School District has purchased 149 acres in Whisper Valley for a total of $25 million. Surveying of the site has already begun and construction of the high school is scheduled to commence later this year. The land will be used for two separate educational institutions – a middle school, an elementary school, and a high school. This is a major investment in the education of students in the Austin area, and Austin Local Team is excited to see the progress of this development.
