SAN MARCOS – Highpointe Communities has started on Sendero at Trace, a
399-unit multifamily complex.
The $73 million project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom options
ranging from 775 to 1,300 sf.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor
gathering space.
Units will be available by the end of 2023.
