AUSTIN – California-based Pacific Hospitality Group is renovating the 190,000-sf Hotel Granduca Austin. Located at 320 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., additions coming to the 194-room hotel include a spa, redesigned signature restaurant, and renovated pool deck and lobby. The project will wrap this fall.
